Reversals & Corrections (#1081): every CLP02 = 22 reversal on the account's ERAs in a check-date range, paired with the payment it took back and the payment that replaced it, with a status, the reason, a worklist of reversals not reissued, and rollups by patient and by payer and reversal date. Carries patient names and claim numbers, so the response is PHI-obfuscated before return.
