Returns the outbound 275 file info (control numbers, sent date, gateway) plus — when a returning 999 has been matched — the inbound 999's GCS location, so the UI can open it ('View 999'). Mirrors the claim outbound-file-info endpoint. Account-scoped: an empty list when the 275 doesn't exist or belongs to a different account.
